글씨체·색 잠금은 어떻게 푸나요?
오른쪽 위 … 버튼을 눌러 꾸미기로 들어간 뒤, 글씨체 줄에서 흐리게 표시된 글씨체를 누르면 잠금 해제 창이 열립니다. 색도 같습니다 — 일정을 열고 색 줄 끝의 + 를 누른 뒤 흐린 색을 누르세요.

이미 결제했는데 또 물어봐요.
같은 잠금 해제 창에서 구매 복원을 누르세요. 구매할 때 쓰던 App Store · Google Play 계정으로 로그인돼 있어야 합니다.

구독인가요?
아닙니다. 한 번 결제하면 끝이고, 갱신되는 것도 해지할 것도 없습니다.

위젯이 갱신되지 않아요.
바탕화면 위젯은 운영체제가 갱신 시점을 정해서 잠깐 늦을 수 있습니다. 앱을 한 번 열면 바로 최신으로 바뀝니다.

폰을 바꾸면 데이터는요?
모든 데이터가 기기 안에만 있어서 따라가지 않습니다. 앱을 지우면 데이터도 함께 지워집니다.

Griddy는 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 회원가입·로그인·계정이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호·위치 등 어떤 식별 정보도 요구하지 않습니다.

각 권한은 기기 설정에서 끌 수 있으며, 꺼도 나머지 기능은 그대로 동작합니다.

이용자 정보를 수집하지 않으므로 제3자 제공·위탁이 없습니다. 광고 및 분석(트래킹) 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.

유료 기능은 Google Play / App Store 인앱결제로 제공되며, 네모팩토리는 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보를 수집·보관하지 않습니다.

모든 데이터는 이용자 기기에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다.

In one line. Griddy has no sign-up and keeps your plans and settings on your device only.

How do I unlock the extra fonts and colors?
Tap the … button in the top-right corner, open Customize, then tap any dimmed font in the Font row. The unlock sheet opens with the purchase button. Locked colors work the same way: open any event, tap + at the end of the color row, then tap a dimmed color.

I already paid, but the app asks again.
Open the same unlock sheet and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you are signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought it with.

Is it a subscription?
No. It is a single one-time purchase. There is nothing to cancel and nothing renews.

My widget is not updating.
Home screen widgets are refreshed by the operating system, so there can be a short delay. Opening the app updates them right away.

Where is my data if I change phones?
Everything is stored on the device only, so it does not move with you. Deleting the app deletes the data with it.

Griddy collects no personal information. There is no sign-up, no login and no account. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, or any other identifying information.

• Notifications — to show a reminder on your device when an event starts.
• Exact alarms — so those reminders fire at the right minute.
• Widgets — to show today's plan on your home screen.

Each of these can be turned off in your device settings. The rest of the app keeps working without them.

Because we collect nothing, there is nothing to share with third parties. Griddy contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools.

Paid features are sold through Google Play and the App Store in-app purchase systems. Those stores handle the transaction. Nemo Factory never receives or stores your card number or any other payment details.

All data stays in local storage on your device and is never sent to a server. Deleting the app deletes the data with it.

フォントと色のロックはどうやって解除しますか？
右上の … をタップして「カスタマイズ」を開き、フォントの行で薄く表示されているフォントをタップすると、購入ボタンのある解除画面が開きます。色も同じです。予定を開き、色の行の右端にある + をタップしてから、薄い色をタップしてください。

購入済みなのに、また購入を求められます。
同じ解除画面で「購入を復元」をタップしてください。購入したときと同じ App Store または Google Play アカウントでサインインしている必要があります。

サブスクですか？
いいえ。一度きりの買い切りです。更新されるものも、解約するものもありません。

ウィジェットが更新されません。
ホーム画面のウィジェットは更新のタイミングをOSが決めるため、少し遅れることがあります。アプリを一度開けば、すぐに最新になります。

機種変更したらデータはどうなりますか？
すべてのデータは端末の中だけにあるため、引き継がれません。アプリを削除すると、データも一緒に消えます。

1. 収集する情報
Griddyは個人情報を一切収集しません。会員登録・ログイン・アカウントはなく、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、位置情報など、個人を特定できる情報を求めることはありません。

2. 権限について
通知 — 予定の開始時刻に端末でお知らせするため
正確なアラーム — その通知を正しい時刻に鳴らすため
ウィジェット — ホーム画面に今日の予定を表示するため
いずれも端末の設定でオフにできます。オフにしても、ほかの機能はそのまま動作します。

3. 第三者への提供
何も収集していないため、第三者に提供するものがありません。Griddyには広告も、分析・トラッキングツールも含まれていません。

4. 決済について
有料機能は Google Play および App Store のアプリ内課金で提供されます。決済は各ストアが処理し、Nemo Factory がカード番号などの決済情報を受け取ること、保管することはありません。

5. 保存と削除
すべてのデータは端末内にのみ保存され、サーバーに送信されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、データも一緒に削除されます。

6. お子様のプライバシー
Griddyは、お子様を含むすべての利用者から個人情報を収集しません。個人を特定できる情報を求めることはありません。

7. 改定とお問い合わせ
